Luxelab Productions offers a range of creative services, including but not limited to video editing, graphic design, content strategy, and social media marketing. The specific services provided will be outlined in the service agreement for each project.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide us with all necessary information, materials, and resources required to complete the services. This includes, but is not limited to, access to brand assets, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services will be outlined in the project proposal and agreed upon before work begins. Payments are due as specified in the invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Luxelab Productions, including videos, designs, and other content, will remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client, subject to any usage restrictions agreed upon.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to keep your information confidential and will not disclose any materials or information related to your project to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing. If work has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply based on the progress of the project. We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luxelab Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Luxelab Productions harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, including any violation of these Terms.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of India.
